Everything is new - interior walls, plumbing, electric, floor, ceiling, cabinets, etc. - except the window and the two exterior walls. Notice the whitewashed shiplap.

Plenty of storage. These are actually very inexpensive cabinets, but they look great and are perfect for a low-traffic area!
"Click" installed flooring and tongue & groove pine ceiling give a super-polished look.

In this old Victorian home I installed new flooring on the front porch...
...and new locksets and deadbolts on all exterior doors.

NEW construction - apartment
This is an apartment I designed and built in the empty 2nd floor of a garage that was just studs and rafters, plywood floor, no window or exterior door openings. The recess accent in the archway has remote-controlled LED lighting for a very cool night-light experience! (Incidentally, I also designed and built the tv console.)
